Junior AI Engineer

This role involves designing, developing, and scaling production-grade AI and Generative AI applications, including agentic systems and complex enterprise integrations. You will work on end-to-end AI solutions, focusing on building robust, scalable, and high-performance systems that drive real-world business value. This is a Work From Office position based in Pune.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy end-to-end AI and GenAI systems including RAG, agents, and automation workflows
• Design and maintain APIs and microservices for scalable AI solutions
• Implement robust data pipelines and advanced retrieval systems
• Optimize prompt engineering, evaluation, and overall model performance
• Ensure the reliability, observability, and scalability of AI services in production
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive AI-driven business solutions
• Contribute to technical best practices and mentor team members

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering or AI-focused roles
• Strong programming proficiency in Python or TypeScript, with Java or Go as a plus
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and modern AI frameworks
• Proven experience building APIs and working within distributed systems
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and working with major cloud platforms
• Knowledge of agent frameworks such as LangGraph or Semantic Kernel
• Understanding of vector databases, hybrid search techniques, and enterprise system integrations
