Python Backend Developer

We are looking for a talented Python Backend Developer to join our client's team in Bangalore. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining robust backend systems and scalable microservices. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs to support front-end and third-party integrations.
• Develop and manage microservices-based architectures in a cloud environment.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following OOP principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity using SQL.
• Implement security best practices including OAuth2 and JWT authentication.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of professional experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Python, specifically with FastAPI, Django, and Flask.
• Proven experience in building and deploying microservices.
• Solid understanding of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience with cloud-native development and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ is highly preferred.
• Strong grasp of CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools like Datadog or ELK.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a hybrid team environment.
