We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow & App Engine Developer to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of custom applications and workflows. In this role, you will act as a technical architect, collaborating with stakeholders to drive service desk enablement and enhance business processes through robust, scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of custom and scoped applications using ServiceNow App Engine and Studio.
  • Architect and implement complex workflows, UI/UX enhancements, and service request forms to optimize business operations.
  • Develop and maintain seamless integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and ServiceNow APIs.
  • Drive the Service Desk enablement roadmap, managing scoping, delivery, and adoption across the organization.
  • Automate routine tasks using scripting and standard platform functionality to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders to articulate technical solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements

  • 6 to 8 years of hands-on technical experience in ServiceNow development and custom application architecture.
  • Deep expertise in ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, Service Portal, and App Engine.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM, IT Service Portal, Asset Management, and Workplace Service Delivery modules.
  • Advanced skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and database management within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum and Waterfall SDLC models.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MCA, BE, or a related technical field.
  • Proficiency in delivery tools including MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or other relevant platform certifications are highly preferred.
