Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using industry-standard frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional engineering teams to define requirements and ensure seamless system integration.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
- Implement effective unit testing practices to ensure code reliability and performance.
- Adhere to secure coding practices to protect sensitive data and mitigate system vulnerabilities.
- Guide and support team members, acting as a technical advisor to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage risk and strengthen controls within your area of responsibility in alignment with organizational policies.
- Utilize observability and telemetry tools to monitor and optimize system performance.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of professional experience in software engineering.
- Strong experience configuring and maintaining Kubernetes environments (OpenShift, EKS, or AKS).
- Proficiency in software development using Python or Golang.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, containers, and cloud-native utilities.
- Experience in SRE or DevOps roles with a focus on system reliability.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, microservice-based architectures, and complex system integrations.
- Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of Ansible Playbooks and observability tools like Elastic.
