Solution Architect - Data and Analytics (ADF + Data Warehouse)

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to maintain, enhance and evolve data architecture across new and existing systems, including enterprise data warehouses. The role involves designing solutions that support data scientists and business stakeholders, building robust ETL pipelines on Azure, and ensuring data quality, reliability and database performance. The successful candidate will combine hands-on engineering with architectural ownership and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance data architecture within new and existing systems, including the Data Warehouse
• Design and implement ETL and integration solutions using Azure Data Factory, SSIS and related tools
• Recommend and implement processes that improve data quality, data reliability and database performance
• Architect solutions that support data science and business stakeholder needs
• Conduct ETL testing, data transformation testing and data warehouse testing
• Develop data models for the data science team to support data mining
• Maintain source-to-target mapping and process flow documentation
• Manage SQL Server DBA responsibilities including job scheduling, error handling and troubleshooting
• Proactively monitor ETL processes and jobs

Requirements

• 4-10 years of experience in data warehousing, ETL and data integration
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (including Mapping Dataflows and API sources), SSIS and SQL
• Strong SQL skills and experience with MS SQL Server, including indexing, security and backups
• Working knowledge of Pyspark, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions
• Solid understanding of data warehouse concepts and experience in data warehouse testing
• Experience in data quality, source systems analysis and business rules validation
• Ability to write and interpret source-to-target documentation
• Familiarity with data and cybersecurity practices; bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology
• Preferred: experience in Commercial Real Estate domain
