The Syndicate Loan Operations Analyst will manage the end-to-end operational lifecycle of warehouse loans, ensuring precision in trade bookings and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely booking of facility drawdowns, repayments, rollovers, rate fixings, and fee events in the loan management system.
- Perform detailed remittance reconciliation against servicer and custodian reports.
- Validate financial economics against executed facility documentation and term sheets.
- Manage invoicing and fee processing for warehouse loan portfolios.
- Review and verify loan agreements and related documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain organized records of all loan documentation to ensure efficient filing and retrieval.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, lenders, borrowers, and agents.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to the development of best practices.
- Participate in system upgrades and the implementation of new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in operations within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong background in loan operations, warehouse lending, or mortgage servicing.
- Working knowledge of US mortgage lending, including loan types, origination, securitization, and warehouse facility mechanics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with loan management systems is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model and comfort with US business hours (night shift).
