Operations Executive

The Operations Executive will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day operational activities within the textile division. This position involves coordinating logistics, documentation, and supply chain processes to ensure seamless import and export transactions. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain high standards of operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import and export documentation for textile shipments.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipment status in the internal database.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
• Resolve operational discrepancies and address shipment-related queries promptly.
• Prepare regular reports on operational performance and shipment tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in import-export operations or supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of documentation processes related to international trade.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, office-based environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
