Technology Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Business Analyst to bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical solutions. You will work in a hybrid environment in Bengaluru, collaborating with stakeholders to drive product enhancements and deliver high-quality, insight-led outcomes. This role involves deep engagement with backend systems and microservices architecture to solve intricate business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for complex technical systems.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Perform detailed data analysis, root cause analysis, and impact assessments to support strategic decision-making.
• Engage directly with customers as a consulting partner to propose and validate optimal solutions.
• Conduct workshops and stakeholder discussions to drive project clarity and alignment.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement solutions within a microservices architecture.
• Support the end-to-end project lifecycle from initial requirement gathering to deployment and UAT.
• Participate actively in Agile and SAFe ceremonies to ensure continuous delivery.

Requirements

• 6-9 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar consulting role.
• Strong expertise in requirement analysis and solution management.
• Proven experience working with REST APIs and backend applications.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Swagger for API documentation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform data-driven root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within Agile or SAFe frameworks.
• Prior experience in the airline or travel domain is highly desirable.
