Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join a dynamic technology team focused on enhancing operational effectiveness and system landscapes. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions within the financial services domain. Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and enhance comprehensive business and process documentation including process flows and system landscapes.
• Analyze existing workflows and operational processes to identify documentation gaps and inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and validate functional solutions.
• Manage change requests by ensuring all updates are accurately reflected in project documentation.
• Support end-to-end requirements management and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and implement data quality frameworks and monitoring procedures.
• Assist in the delivery of regulatory, risk, and finance-related transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in Business Analysis within Financial Services or Capital Markets.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Derivatives, Trading, and Risk Management systems.
• Proficiency in SQL, Data Analysis, and project documentation tools.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodology, Scrum, and JIRA.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CPM, data quality, and control frameworks.
• STEM or Finance degree qualification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
