Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and improve software solutions that provide business, platform, and technology capabilities for customers and colleagues.
- Deliver high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements and devise solution strategies.
- Participate in code reviews, promote code quality, and foster knowledge sharing within the team.
- Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations, contributing to the organization’s technology communities.
- Adhere to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities and protect sensitive data.
- Implement effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
- Advise key stakeholders, including functional leadership teams and senior management, on areas of impact and alignment.
- Manage and mitigate risks through assessment, supporting the control and governance agenda.
Requirements
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale Colleague Experience Analytics, Workforce Analytics, or Employee Experience programs in large global organizations.
- Proficiency in implementing and optimizing Microsoft Viva Insights, including advanced analytics and leadership reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to design and build data and analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Data Services, and the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Proven track record in driving adoption, change management, and value realization strategies for digital workplace technologies.
- Strong understanding of people analytics, organizational network analysis, employee listening, and workforce measurement frameworks.
- Experience integrating data across HR, collaboration, communication, and productivity platforms (e.g., Workday, Microsoft 365).
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate complex analytics into actionable recommendations for Executive Leadership teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of organizational functions to contribute to business goals.
