What is the work

• Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
• Work on end-to-end in-house IT recruitment, from sourcing candidates to successful onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, internal databases, social media, and other relevant channels.
• Search and identify suitable candidates using keywords, filters, Boolean search, and other sourcing techniques.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future IT requirements.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, qualifications, location, notice period, and other job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls to understand candidate experience, skills, career expectations, availability, notice period, and compensation expectations.
• Explain job roles, responsibilities, company information, and the recruitment process to candidates.
• Coordinate technical, managerial, HR, and other interview rounds with candidates and interviewers.
• Schedule and reschedule interviews while ensuring timely communication to all stakeholders.
• Follow up with interviewers and hiring managers for interview feedback and next steps.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Keep candidates engaged during the hiring cycle and follow up on interview, offer, and joining status.
• Coordinate with HR and relevant stakeholders for offer preparation and release.
• Follow up with selected candidates for offer acceptance and joining confirmation.
• Maintain regular engagement with candidates during their notice period to minimize dropouts and ensure joining.
• Collect and coordinate required documents and information from selected candidates.
• Coordinate pre-onboarding formalities with the concerned HR/operations teams.
• Ensure a smooth candidate transition from offer acceptance to joining.
• Coordinate with internal teams on the candidate's joining and onboarding process.
• Update recruitment trackers and candidate records at every stage of the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and prepare regular hiring reports.
• Track sourcing, screening, interviews, selections, offers, offer acceptances, joining, and dropout status.
• Work on multiple IT hiring requirements simultaneously and ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information throughout the recruitment process.
