Senior Analyst - Accounting (R2R / GL / Financial Close)
Experience: 4-5 years
Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)
About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Analyst who will independently manage key areas of the financial close cycle and support global reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end month-end close deliverables.
- Review journal entries prepared by Analysts.
- Prepare P&L and Balance Sheet schedules with variance explanations.
- Drive balance sheet reconciliation quality.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS / US GAAP and internal controls.
- Coordinate with regional Controllers for global close.
- Support audits through documentation and schedules.
Required Qualifications:
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter preferred.
- 4-5 years in GL, R2R, and month-end accounting in a Global Set up.
- Good understanding of IFRS / US GAAP.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
-ERP experience (SAP / Oracle) preferred.
