Description du poste :

Rôle de leadership - En tant que consultant de niveau platine dans votre module d’expertise, vous fournissez un leadership aux clients ainsi qu’aux autres consultants du même module ; vous facilitez la résolution des problèmes complexes qui surviennent במהלך les déploiements ; vous développez des idées de réutilisation de contenus dans votre domaine d’expertise afin de réduire les efforts de mise en œuvre pour les nouveaux clients ; vous contribuez au mentorat d’autres consultants dans votre domaine d’expertise.

Assurance qualité - Vous assurez la supervision qualité des solutions recommandées par les consultants qui vous rendent compte, et vous les aidez à garantir l’exhaustivité de leurs conceptions lors de la phase de Blueprint ainsi qu’à d’autres étapes clés du projet.

Gestion de la relation client - Vous contribuez à gérer les attentes du client et à équilibrer les besoins de l’entreprise et du client afin de garantir la satisfaction des deux parties, en concentrant les efforts sur les domaines offrant la plus grande valeur au client.

Compétences et qualifications souhaitées :

• Plus de dix ans d’expérience en conseil SAP PP (Production Planning), avec une expérience en analyse métier auprès de ressources fonctionnelles et de clients dans votre ou vos domaines de spécialité. Expérience antérieure avec un rôle de leadership avéré.
• Capacité à coordonner l’exécution des tâches du projet dans votre domaine fonctionnel et aisance à travailler sous la pression de délais serrés.
• Capacité à dispenser des formations SAP aux utilisateurs finaux du client.
• Une expérience en cabinet de conseil « Big Four » est un atout.
• Diplôme de licence ou combinaison équivalente de formation et d’expérience.
• Certification SAP.
• Maîtrise de l’anglais indispensable pour les activités de mise en œuvre en contact direct avec les clients, dans plusieurs régions.

Qualifications supplémentaires :

• Cinq à huit années d’expérience pertinente supplémentaire dans deux domaines de spécialité métier ou sectorielle, ou plus.
• Solides compétences dans la conduite d’analyses fit-gap dans deux domaines de spécialisation ou plus.
• Excellentes compétences en communication.
• Capacité à gérer et résoudre l’ambiguïté.

We currently have a vacancy for a PP (Production Planning) Solution Architect:

Job Description:

• Leadership role - As a platinum level consultant in your module of expertise, provide leadership to Clients and to other consultants of the same module; facilitate complex issues resolution that arise during implementations; Develop ideas for content re-usability in your area of expertise to enable implementation efforts to be reduced for new clients; help to mentor other consultants in your module area of expertise;
• Consultant Management (desired ability, but optional) - Manage a team of internal consultants in your module of expertise, helping to guide their career development as well as helping them achieve a good utilization balance;
• Quality Assurance - Provide QA oversight of solutions recommended by consultants reporting to you and helping them ensure completeness of their designs at Blueprint time and at various other key project milestones;
• Relationship Management - Help to manage client expectations and balances the needs of the company and the client to ensure satisfaction for both, and effort focused on the areas that will provide the most customer value;

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Ten or more years of SAP PP (Production Planning) consulting experience with business analysis experience working with functional resources and clients related to your specialty area(s). Past role with proven successful leadership
• Coordinate execution of project tasks in your functional area and be comfortable in working under the pressure of tight project deadlines
• Ability to deliver SAP training to client end-users
• Big four consulting experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• SAP Certified
• Proficiency in English is necessary for client-facing implementation activities across multiple regions.

Additional Qualifications:

• Five to eight years of additional relevant experience in two or more business or industry specialty areas
• Strong skills in conducting a fit-gap analysis in two or more areas of specialization
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to deal with and resolve ambiguity
