Senior Technical Office Engineer For Facility Management

Providing assistance to the Manager of the Technical Office to help on the daily flow of work.
Developing and implementing strategies for new projects.
Provide guidance and support to the engineering team and assign tasks.
Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical solutions.
Manage customer inquiries and provide technical advice.
Prepare the projects indexations with the office team.
Study vendors' and subcontractors' offers technically and financially.
Oversee site operations from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed correctly, on time, within budget, and under cost control.
Develop and implement quality control processes.
Liaise with external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of required materials.
Study and prepare requests for information for all missing, unclear, conflicting, or other technical matters that may arise during execution.
Coordinate with the Site Engineer to provide all information about land coordinates and collect any required site measurements.
Coordinate with the Procurement team to provide all project requirements.
Participate in solving and reporting unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise during execution to the Technical Office Manager for discussion and proper solution.
Participate in implementing Technical Office policies and procedures.
Report to the Technical Office Manager and create various analysis sheets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
4+ years of experience in technical office, maintenance, construction, or facility management.
Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of engineering systems, maintenance planning, and project execution.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Good understanding of safety standards and technical compliance.
Experience in Facility Management is a strong advantage.
