  • Collaborate with project managers to streamline Contract Administration and procurement processes.

  • Prepare and verify monthly Invoices and payment certificates for subcontractors and clients.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2-4 years of proven success in Quantity Surveying within the Construction or Civil Engineering sectors.

  • Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and Cost Estimation software.

  • Core Competencies: Strong background in Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation, Tendering, and Cost Control.

  • Contractual Expertise: Solid understanding of Contract Administration and the management of Variation Orders and Invoices.

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is essential.

  • Career Level: Experienced professional with a sharp analytical mind and a results-driven approach.

  • Location: Must be able to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt.
