Responsibilities

  • Monitor and inspect finishing works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

  • Conduct site inspections and prepare Inspection Requests (IRs).

  • Follow up on material inspections and ensure approved materials are used.

  • Identify and report non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.

  • Coordinate with Site, Technical Office, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.

  • Ensure that construction activities comply with the approved Method Statements and ITPs.

  • Prepare and maintain quality documentation and inspection records.

  • Support the implementation of the project Quality Control Plan.

  • Follow up on testing and inspections required for finishing activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

  • 2–4 years of experience in Quality.

  • Previous experience in Finishing Works is required.

  • Good knowledge of quality standards, inspection procedures, and finishing activities.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
