Support Engineer

We invite a Support Engineer who is excited about technology to join our team for providing top-class services for worldwide famous users of our cybersecurity product. You will learn from our experts and get a unique experience to become an expert yourself.

Responsibilities:

-Support user inquiries on IT issues via email / ticketing system and chats

-Reproduce customers issues on a prepared environment

-Participated in a remote troubleshooting calls and demo with customers

-Prepare customer oriented documentation and guides

-Hold technical presentations and online demos explaining our solution to prospective customers

Work schedule:

-Monday to Friday 10:00 AM - 19:00 PM

Requirements:

1+ years experience in technical support

-English language level: Upper-Intermediate and higher

-Good communication skills

Would be a plus:

-Knowledge of SQL queries and cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure)

-Work experience with Linux and Mac OS (basic troubleshooting, logs collections)

-Experience in preparation and improvement technical documentation
