T Hub - Telco Network Engineer

WHAT TASKS AWAIT YOU?

We are looking for senior network engineers with infrastructure automation background.

• Design, engineer, integrate, and operate IP network infrastructure, with a focus on Juniper routers and firewalls across mobile core and enterprise environments

• Manage and maintain customer internet access services, ensuring high availability and performance

• Execute Plan-Build-Run lifecycle activities for network environments deployed on a global scale

• Monitor, analyze, and plan capacity of network components based on usage data and forecasts

• Implement and maintain infrastructure automation solutions to improve network efficiency and scalability

• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis of network incidents and performance issues

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate technical activities across multiple stakeholders

• Contribute to continuous improvement of network architecture, standards, and operational processes

WHAT SKILLS WILL BE APPRECIATED?

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in both IP networking and infrastructure automation:

• Network engineering - MPLS, routing and tunnelling protocols,

• Juniper routers and firewalls,

• Configuration and operation of routers and firewalls of other vendors,

• Python/Bash, Ansible, Git, YAML is needed to maintain and operate in our scripting environment,

• GNU/Linux, Docker, InfluxDB/Prometheus + Grafana

• Testing & troubleshooting skills,

• Analytical and structural thinking,

• Proven coordination skills,

• Team orientation,

• Good communication skills and creativity,

• Technical & communicative English,

• Experience with cloud networks (AWS/GCP/Azure) is welcome

Extra points you can get for experience in defining requirements specification or mobile core Packet Gateway/3GPP architecture.

Our screening meeting will last about 20-30 minutes. We will ask you about our areas of interest and will be happy to field any questions you may have.

Hiring Manager will receive a recommendation for your application.

There's nothing for you to do at this stage - we'll take care of everything. During this time we process all the information we've gathered during the screening process and dig deeper into your CV.

Technical meetings with the Hiring Manager and/or team members.

We will invite you to one or two project meetings to confirm that we have a 'perfect match'. The meetings may last between 30 minutes and 90 minutes, during which time we will talk to you about mutual expectations and the vision for our collaboration. You will also most likely meet your future supervisor and your teammate during this time.

Time to decide!

At this stage, we will have decided that you are the person we want to develop our projects with. We will then come back to you with an offer of collaboration, hoping for your "yes".
