Job Summary: -
We are seeking a PMO Consultant with fluent German language skills to join our team. As a PMO Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting project managers, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with project management standards. Your German language proficiency will enable you to effectively communicate with our German-speaking stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project managers in project planning, execution, and monitoring
- Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and standards
- Report progress to stakeholders
- Project cost controlling
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Communicate project updates to German-speaking stakeholders
Requirements:
- 0-7 years of experience in project management or PMO
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- German Language certification minimum B2.2 (Zertfikat Deutsch or equivalent) (MA- German, Advance Diploma from Pune or any government recognized University)
- MS Office - know how
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have:
- ITIL Certification
- Experience working on tools like Confluence, ServiceNow, SVN
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
