Обязанности:

Создание и развитие визуальных коммуникаций холдинга во внешних каналах;
Внедрение дизайн-систем и шаблонов, адаптация их под задачи бизнес-заказчиков;
Комплексное оформление мероприятий различного уровня, работа с застройкой;
Создание промо-изображений, разработка фирменной полиграфии и мерча, работа с диджитал-материалами;
Коммуникация с бизнес-заказчиками: получение задач, сбор и анализ требований, защита проектов перед заказчиком, работа с критикой, получение согласования дизайн-макетов.

Требования:

Знание принципов графического дизайна, внимание к деталям, аккуратность, хороший вкус и насмотренность;
Способность как создавать с нуля, так и работать в заданном стиле;
Умение работать с контентом, cистемность мышления;
Хорошие коммуникативные навыки, умение аргументировать свои решения, общаться с заказчиками и клиентами;
Навыки работы с инструментами Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Iilustrator, нейросетями. Умение работать с 3D будет большим плюсом;
Образование в сфере графического или коммуникационного дизайна будет являться преимуществом.
