Advertiser Sales Manager, Growth – Spanish-Speaking Americas

As an Advertising Sales Manager working on the Growth Advertisers team in our São Paulo office, you will play a key role in driving new business across Spanish-Speaking Americas (SAM).

This is a highly commercial, outbound-focused role. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, opening doors with high-potential advertisers and agencies, building a strong and predictable pipeline, and owning the sales cycle from initial outreach through closing.

You will work across different markets, industries and business models, positioning Taboola as a strategic growth partner and helping advertisers unlock new opportunities through our platform.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development or sales development
• Fluent or native Spanish is a must
• Professional proficiency in English
• Strong track record in outbound sales and new business development
• Proven ability to proactively identify, prospect and create new business opportunities from scratch
• Confidence engaging prospects through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, social media, networking and in-person meetings
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to understand client needs and clearly demonstrate value
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities across different markets
• Strong pipeline management, follow-up and CRM discipline
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system and related productivity tools
• A proactive, curious, persistent and results-oriented mindset
• Passion for advertising, media and technology

Bonus points if you have:

• Digital advertising or AdTech experience
• Experience selling across Latin America or multiple international markets
• Experience working with agencies and performance-driven advertisers
• Experience across industries such as fintech, gaming, e-commerce or other digital-first businesses
• Portuguese proficiency

As an Advertising Sales Manager, you’ll bring value by:

• Proactively identifying and creating new business opportunities across Spanish-Speaking Americas, with a strong focus on outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
• Building pipeline from scratch by researching high-potential advertisers, agencies, verticals and emerging business opportunities across the region
• Developing and executing a consistent outbound strategy using phone, email, LinkedIn, social media, networking, in-person meetings and industry events
• Continuously exploring new markets, verticals and advertiser profiles that can unlock incremental revenue for Taboola
• Qualifying opportunities based on ICP fit, spend potential, business model, market readiness and likelihood to scale
• Building strong relationships with prospective clients and agencies, understanding their business objectives, media strategies and growth challenges
• Positioning Taboola as a strategic performance and growth partner, adapting the commercial approach to different markets and client profiles
• Owning the full sales cycle from initial outreach and qualification through pitch, negotiation and closing
• Maintaining a healthy and predictable pipeline with strong coverage against revenue goals
• Prioritizing time and effort based on revenue potential, scalability, urgency and strategic value
• Partnering closely with Account Management to ensure a smooth transition from sale to activation, onboarding and account growth
• Sharing client, market and vertical insights with Product, Account Management, Marketing and Policy teams to improve Taboola’s go-to-market strategy
