Junior Partnership Marketing Manager

This position reports to the: Partnership Marketing Manager

Your responsibilities will include:

Partnership Support & Execution:

• Support the Partnership Marketing Manager in the day-to-day execution of partnership strategies aligned with marketing and business objectives.
• Assist in researching potential partnership opportunities through basic market analysis and competitor research.
• Help collate data and materials to support partnership evaluations, including audience alignment and campaign impact assessments.

Campaign Management & Coordination:

• Assist in the execution of partnership campaigns from briefing through to completion, ensuring deliverables are tracked and met on time.
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, digital) and external partners under the guidance of the Senior Partnership Marketing Manager to support seamless campaign delivery.
• Maintain and update campaign timelines and trackers, flagging risks or delays to the Senior Partnership Marketing Manager.
• Support the creation of campaign briefs and assist with creative direction for partnership initiatives.

Relationship Management:

• Act as a supporting day-to-day contact for assigned partners, maintaining regular communication under the direction of the Senior Partnership Marketing Manager.
• Schedule and coordinate partnership meetings, calls, and check-ins, preparing agendas and capturing actions.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

• Assist in monitoring partnership campaign performance against defined KPIs and metrics.
• Compile weekly and monthly performance reports and contribute to analysis on campaign effectiveness.
• Support budget tracking and reconciliation for partnership activities, flagging discrepancies to the Senior Partnership Marketing Manager.
• Help maintain accurate and up-to-date operational reporting.

Administrative & Operational Support:

• Maintain and update partnership databases, trackers, and documentation.
• Provide administrative support for contract and partnership agreement management.
• Help coordinate partnership events, activations, and promotional activities.
• Assist with purchase order processing and budget administration.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of marketing experience, ideally with some exposure to partnerships, sponsorships, events, or collaborative marketing.
• Some experience supporting campaign management or cross-functional project coordination.
• Comfortable working with Excel and PowerPoint; experience with project management tools (e.g. Asana, Monday.com, Notion) is a plus.
• E-commerce, retail, or agency experience is advantageous but not essential.
