Mr D - Retail Account Manager

This position reports to the Sales Lead for Mr D.

Purpose of this role:  To assist the sales team in achieving it's overall restaurant acquisition goals. This role specifically looks after small portfolios of restaurants in our outlying service areas and is supported by Account Manager and Sales Area Leads.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identify and prioritize suitable restaurant partners for the Mr D platform
• Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline
• Own the restaurants sign-up process
• Operate as the lead point of contact for restaurant partners
• Strengthen relationships with restaurant partners and monitor their business and store performance
• Ensure timeous and effective solutions and feedback to restaurant partners
• Ensure strict restaurant visit standards are maintained

Qualifications:

• Experience in marketplace, ecommerce SAAS or hospitality sales
• Minimum 1 year Prior sales experience
• Proficiency in using CRM tools preferred
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry preferred
• Tertiary qualification advantageous
