Role Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic technology product leader to drive the development and evolution of digital wealth management and investment platforms. The role will focus on building scalable, user-friendly technology solutions across trading, mutual funds, and investment products, while enhancing digital customer experience and business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own the technology product strategy and roadmap for digital wealth management, trading platforms, and investment solutions.
- Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation and requirement gathering to launch, adoption, and continuous enhancement.
- Drive UI/UX strategy to deliver intuitive, seamless, and customer-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, business, and operations teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance products.
- Drive product capabilities across mutual funds, equities, trading, portfolio management, and investment journeys.
- Identify opportunities for platform integration, automation, and digital transformation using emerging fintech solutions.
- Define product KPIs, monitor adoption, and use customer feedback and analytics to improve product performance.
- Manage senior stakeholders, technology partners, and product teams to ensure successful execution of the product roadmap.
Required Experience & Skills :
- 14 - 22 years of experience in technology product management, digital products, or fintech.
- Proven experience leading digital platforms in wealth management, broking, capital markets, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of trading platforms, mutual funds, investment products, and digital wealth solutions.
- Experience in UI/UX, customer journey mapping, product design, and mobile/web application development.
- Good understanding of APIs, system integrations, Agile methodologies, and technology product development.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities.
