The Division:

Jonas Software is the leading provider of enterprise management software solutions in 17 vertical industries. The Position:

We are looking for anIntermediateFull Stack Developer to contribute to building, modernizing,and enhancingenterprise software solutions in an AI-first development environment.The selected individual will be expected to effectively use AI-assisted development practices across analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement activities. Thisrole involves developing both front-end and back-endfunctionalityand collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalablesolutions. This position involves heavy interaction with North American team members, sostrong communicationskills will be essential. The chosen individual will work out of the Contour Software Karachi/Lahore/Islamabadresource center office, as an extension of the division-based R&D department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop robust front-end and back-end components using .NET and Angular for enterprise software applications.

• Apply AI-first AIDLC practices across the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, coding, unit testing, documentation, code review, debugging, and refactoring.

• Participate in the design and architecture of scalable, maintainable, secure, and AI-augmented applications.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, DevOps, product stakeholders, and AI-enabled delivery teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment.

• Write clean, efficient, secure, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices, coding standards, and responsible AI usage guidelines.

• Analyze and troubleshoot complex development and operational issues, using both traditional engineering practices and AI-assisted techniques to provide efficient solutions.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, ora relatedfield.

• 3+ years of experience as a full stack developer.

• Strong knowledge and experience with object-oriented programming.

• Strongexpertisein Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies.

• Expertisein C# and .NET Core.

• Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft SQL Server.

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools or workflows for coding, debugging, testing, documentation, or software analysis.

• Understanding of AI-first development practices, prompt-driven engineering workflows, and responsible use of AI in software delivery.

• Knowledge of integrating applications with legacy systems.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile, AI-augmented development environment.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with local and North American teams. Work Shift 1PM - 10PM OR 2PM - 11 PM Pakistan Time.
