Founded in 2009, Premier Construction Software is a global provider of AI-powered construction ERP solutions. Premier helps construction teams manage complex financials, automate workflows, and gain real-time visibility into project performance through intelligent, data-driven tools.

With offices across North America, Australia/New Zealand, and the UAE, Premier supports customers operating in multiple regions and time zones. Premier is a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc., a global leader in vertical market software.

The Role:

We are looking for a Product Designer who lives at the intersection of marketing creative and product UX. This role is about output. You will be the in-house design engine for sales and marketing, cranking on sales decks, landing pagemockups, one-pagers, case studies, ads, social creative, and lightweight UX work across our digital surfaces.

You think in systems, move quickly, and care about both craft and conversion. You have worked inside B2B SaaS environments and understand how to translate positioning and brand into assets thatactually helpthe team sell.

What You Will Do

• Design high-quality sales collateral: decks, one-pagers, case studies, proposals, and pitch assets.

• Mock up landing pages, campaign creative, web graphics, and digital ad sets.

• Produce social, email, and paid creative across formats and channels.

• Support UX work: wireframes, user flows, low and high-fidelity prototypes for marketing experiences.

• Maintain and evolve the brand system, design library, and asset templates.

• Partner with the web developer to hand off pixel-precise, build-ready Figma files.

• Photo editing, retouching, and image production in Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product to translate briefs into clear visual stories.

• Manage multiple concurrent requests with clear prioritization and turnaround times.

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience as a product designer, marketing designer, or hybrid creative.

• Strong portfolio showing B2B SaaS marketing work: sales assets, landing pages, brand systems.

• Expertproficiencyin Figma, including components, variants, auto-layout, and design tokens.

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Solid understanding of UX fundamentals, information hierarchy, and responsive web design.

• Ability to balance speed and craft, and to ship marketing-grade work without losing polish.

• Comfortable taking feedback from non-designers and translating it into stronger work.

Nice to Have

• Motion design experience (After Effects, Rive, Lottie, or Figma prototyping).

• Light video editing for social and product marketing content.

• Webflow, Framer, or other no-code prototyping experience.

• Experience working alongside a developer on a Next.js or React-based marketing site.

• Familiarity with running design QA on shipped pages.

Success in the First 90 Days

• Established a consistent, on-brand template system for sales and marketing assets.

• Cleared the backlog of high-priority sales and marketing creative requests.

• Shipped at least one full campaign creative set end-to-end.

• Built strong working rhythm with marketing, sales, and the web developer.
