The Division:

ExtendAg, a division ofVolarisComputers (an operating group of Constellation Software Inc.), provider ofmission-critical SaaS solutions for the agri-food industry, specifically designed to manage the complex supply chain between growers and food processors.The company offers a purpose-built, ERP-agnostic platform that tracks raw fruit and vegetable crops from the field to the processing plant, handling everything from contract management and chemical compliance to automated grading and grower payments. Now a part of Cultura Technologies (a division of Volaris Group and Constellation Software Inc.),ExtendAgsupports some of the world's largest food brandssuch as Campbell's, Kraft Heinz, and Dole,by processing over one million loads annually and providing real-time visibility that enhances food safety, traceability, and operational efficiency.

The Position:

We are seeking a motivated and experiencedSeniorSQA Analyst to join our team.Thehired individualhands-on experience andexpertisein manual and automation testing, to help ensure high quality andtimelydelivery of releases.

The selected individual will work in the Contour SoftwareKarachi orLahore office, working as part of the resource-center team, as an extension of the onshore R&D team.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or a comparable combination of education and practical experience.

• 5+years of hands-onin software QA, withexpertisein both manual and automated testing.

• Proven experience leading or significantly contributing to automation framework and long-term maintainability.

• Good hands-on experience in the following:

• UI automation usingPlaywright or Selenium

• REST API automation and contract validation

• OOP (C# or Java) or JavaScript/TypeScript based automation development

• Good hands-on inplanning, executing, and delivering comprehensive end-to-end product testing.

• Experience with necessary testing tools such as ticket/defect tracking tools (e.g.JIRA, Confluence).

• Identifyand accelerate defects tothedevelopmentteamfor correction, and retest oncedefectshave been corrected. Track defects and causal analysis to closure.

• Solid experience integrating automated tests intoCI/CD pipelines such asAzure DevOpsor Jenkinsandoptimizingexecution performance.

• Familiar with SQL and understanding of relational databases.

• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

• Comfortable working in an Agile environment with a collaborative team mindset.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to extract relevant information from documentation and clearlyidentifynecessary actions.

• Knowledge of Scrum, Scrum Master certificationa plus.

• Strong multi-tasking skills, with a proactive approach to handling requests and ensuring follow-up until resolution.
