Introduction

A leading Financial Services company in Cape Town (Southern Suburbs) is searching for a Senior BI Developer / Analyst to join their team. They are looking for strong backend experience with Data Modelling, ETL's, and advanced SQL.

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
• Elicit and analyse business requirements. 
• Design, build and maintain BI solutions through the full stack. 
• Prepare and combine data from multiple sources to create a single source of truth.
• Relational and dimensional data modelling.
• Analyse and interpret data, build reports to provide business insights and improve business process.
• Mentor junior team members

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum requirements:
• BCom / BSc degree or equivalent qualification - Non Negotiable
• 5 or more years’ experience as a BI Developer
• Experience in either Power BI or Qlik
• Advanced SQL skills
• Strong numeracy skills
• Proven track record of project delivery
