Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Lead Product Manager to spearhead the evolution of our flagship B2C fintech platform in Pune. In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, translating complex financial data and user behaviors into seamless, high-impact payment experiences. You will operate at the intersection of engineering, design, and business strategy, working closely with cross-functional leadership to define the product roadmap. By championing a user-centric approach, you will drive significant growth in user acquisition and retention, directly influencing the companys market position in the competitive consumer internet landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product vision for our B2C payment suite to ensure we remain at the forefront of the fintech industry.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build intuitive, scalable features that simplify complex financial transactions for millions of users.
- Analyze deep-funnel user metrics and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize the conversion journey.
- Partner with marketing and growth teams to design data-driven campaigns that enhance user engagement and lifetime value.
- Manage the product backlog by prioritizing high-impact initiatives that align with our broader business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex product initiatives from conceptualization to launch within a high-growth consumer internet or fintech environment.
- Proven expertise in translating user pain points into elegant, functional product requirements that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and align diverse perspectives toward a common goal.
- Strong analytical mindset, capable of leveraging data visualization and A/B testing to make informed, iterative product decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and present strategic roadmaps to leadership.
- A minimum of 7 - 12 years of experience in product management, preferably within the B2C fintech or payments domain.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment based in Pune, demonstrating high adaptability to evolving market demands.
