Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the product backlog by prioritizing high-value initiatives that balance immediate business needs with long-term technical scalability.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full product lifecycle within a fintech environment, with a proven track record of delivering scalable financial solutions.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to negotiate priorities and build consensus across diverse teams in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
- Deep understanding of financial ecosystems, including payment gateways, lending platforms, or digital banking infrastructure, supported by a relevant degree from a top-tier institution.
- Proven capacity to thrive in a high-growth setting, demonstrating the adaptability to pivot strategies based on shifting market dynamics and user feedback.
- Minimum 7 - 9 years of professional experience in product management, specifically within the fintech or high-scale consumer tech sectors.
