Desde TalentCross nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Arquitecto/a de Software Senior para sumarse a una importante compañía.

Buscamos un perfil con visión estratégica, sólida experiencia técnica y capacidad para definir soluciones de arquitectura escalables, seguras y alineadas con las necesidades del negocio.

Principales responsabilidades

Actuar como referente de arquitectura tecnológica dentro de la organización.
Analizar requerimientos de negocio y definir soluciones de arquitectura.
Establecer estándares, lineamientos y buenas prácticas de desarrollo.
Acompañar a los equipos técnicos en proyectos estratégicos.
Diseñar y mantener documentación y mecanismos de gobierno de arquitectura.
Realizar pruebas de concepto (POC).
Identificar oportunidades de mejora y optimización tecnológica.
Evaluar soluciones considerando escalabilidad, seguridad, rendimiento y costos.
Colaborar con diferentes áreas para garantizar la alineación tecnológica.

Requisitos

Experiencia sólida en arquitectura de software y soluciones empresariales.
Conocimientos de plataformas cloud AWS o GCP.
Experiencia con Kubernetes u OpenShift.
Conocimientos de Kafka y API Management.
Experiencia con Oracle y WebLogic.
Manejo de herramientas de modelado como Enterprise Architect o similares.
Conocimientos de TOGAF u otros frameworks de arquitectura empresarial.
Capacidad para definir estándares y acompañar equipos de desarrollo.

Se valorará

Conocimientos de Inteligencia Artificial Agéntica (Agentic AI).
Experiencia en gobierno de arquitectura empresarial.
Participación en proyectos de transformación tecnológica.
Capacidad de liderazgo técnico y comunicación con equipos multidisciplinarios.
