Talentir runs global payouts, carries the liability and makes them profitable.

The financial stack was built for "Money In." Getting money out - to thousands of creators, contractors and vendors across borders - still runs on 40-year-old banking workflows: manual batches, delayed reconciliation, broken compliance. We fixed that with one programmable layer: Merchant of Record infrastructure, stablecoin settlement, automated VAT and invoicing compliance and treasury yield.

We just raised an oversubscribed €4M seed round led by Redstone VC, with participation from Inovia Capital and its partner Patrick Pichette, former CFO of Google. We are a team of 9 in Vienna. You will be one of our first sales hires and you will own the top of the funnel.

Tasks

Your Opportunity

Thousands of platforms, marketplaces, agencies and music distributors pay out $20M to $1B+ per year through broken workflows. Most of them have never heard of us. Your job is to change that.

AI outbound agents do the ground work for you - research, enrichment, first touches. You do the part machines cannot: pick up the phone and book the meeting. Importantly, this is an outbound business-development role - not primarily an inbound lead-qualification role.

What You'll Own

• 50-80 gross reach outs per day across phone, email and LinkedIn. That is the floor, not the ceiling, and cold calls are the core.
• Booking meetings with real buyers (CFO, COO, Head of Finance). Your number is meetings held that turn into pipeline, not activity for the dashboard.
• Your own target list. You build it, clean it and prioritize it, with AI research on every account before you dial.
• Warm handovers to our AE. You sit in on discovery for deals you sourced, so you learn the full sale.
• The playbook. You are our first dedicated top-of-funnel hire. What works for you becomes how we do outbound.

Requirements

Who You Are

• You have demonstrated B2B outbound sales experience and can show that you personally created meetings or pipeline from scratch.
• You like calling strangers. If dialing an unknown CFO makes you nervous, this is the wrong ad. If it makes you curious, keep reading.
• 50-80 touches a day is a pace you can hold for months, not a one-week stunt.
• 40 nos before lunch do not touch the energy of call 41.
• Competitive. You want a number, a leaderboard and commission that pays when you beat it.
• Coachable. You listen back to your own calls and fix what is broken.
• Sharp English on the phone and in a 4-line email.
• 0-3 years in sales or anything else where you had to fight for every win - recruiting, door-to-door, hospitality, competitive sports all count. Attitude beats CV.
• Very-strong nice-to-have: German. Our first market is DACH and cold calling in German is a real edge.
• Additional advantage: experience selling fintech, payments or B2B SaaS.
