岗位职责：
1、负责ToB行业方向在鸿OS（基于OpenHarmony）产品需求调研、定义和生命周期管理;
2、对接行业客户（如交通、能源、工业、政府客户等），收集系统级功能诉求，提炼共性需求;
3、编写产品需求文档（PRD）、功能规格说明，推动系统开发和交付;
4、协调开发、测试、解决方案、销售等跨部门协作;
5、持续跟踪行业动态，评估竞品系统产品并优化公司OS技术产品路线。
任职要求：
1、教育背景：本科及以上学历，计算机、电子、通信相关专业;
2、经验要求：3年以上嵌入式、操作系统或终端系统产品经验，有ToB行业背景优先;
3、技术能力：理解内核、驱动、系统服务、能力调度、分布式特性等基本架构;
4、沟通协调：擅长跨团队沟通、客户引导和文档撰写;
5、行业视角：熟悉至少一个ToB行业的系统定制化需求（如交通、城市、政府、工业控制等）;
6、语言要求：具备中英文读写能力，能处理国际合作优先。
7、技术背景：技术转产品成长路线，有系统研发背景。
