工作职责：
1、落地集团人力资源战略和人力资源策略; 结合业务策略，参与制定业务线相应的人力资源工作规划，并落地执行;
2、落地公司文化，做好公司文化落地的管理和协助业务领导做好组织氛围建设;
3、参与或者独立进行组织诊断，并制定相应的组织优化策略和解决方案，助力业务发展和成功;
4、协助HR负责人做好专业人才管理和人才梯队建设，包括不仅限于招聘、培训、人才识别、任职资格; ;
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，人力资源、工商管理等管理类专业优先;
2、有2年以上人力资源管理经验，擅长招聘、人才发展模块者优先;
3、勤奋好学，积极上进，抗压能力、人际理解和组织协调能力强。
