Success in this role means effectively identifying potential customers, understanding their financial needs, and recommending the most suitable financing products to help them make informed decisions.
You will guide customers throughout the application process, ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies, and maintain clear communication to provide a smooth and positive customer experience.
A successful Sales Advisor achieves daily and monthly sales targets, maintains high conversion rates, and builds strong customer relationships, contributing to expanding access to consumer finance and driving the company’s sales growth.
Requirements
Job Requirements:-
• University Degree, Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• 0-1 years of experience in sales, preferably in a financial or sales-focused industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers and build positive
relationships.
• Ability to understand customer needs, explain financial products clearly, and support customers throughout the decision-making process
• Understanding of basic sales techniques, customer qualification, and closing processes.
• Familiarity with CRM or sales management systems is a plus
