Job Description
Certifications
CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis).
Agile certifications or Agile training preferred.
Business Analysis Core Skills
Requirements gathering from business users.
BRD (Business Requirements Document) creation.
Ability to translate business requirements for technical teams, including developers, designers, and vendors.
Functional and non-functional requirements elicitation and documentation.
Process analysis and modeling.
Process mapping, including current-state and future-state processes.
Data and process analysis and modeling.
Understanding of data flows, process flows, and system interactions.
Requirements traceability from business needs through scope changes, testing, and final solution.
Define acceptance criteria.
Coordinate and validate testing against requirements.
Stakeholder & Communication Skills
Strong stakeholder engagement and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading large design sessions and workshops.
Ability to clearly communicate requirements to business stakeholders, Product Owners, and Business Partners.
Ability to effectively communicate with technical teams, including developers, designers, system teams, and database teams.
Ability to create and present business cases.
Experience with value justification, approval, funding, and prioritization.
