Role Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Use advanced SQL for data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and

reporting.

• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and acceptance

criteria.

• Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and product

owners.

• Analyze retail data related to sales, inventory, pricing, promotions, and

customer transactions.

• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project delivery activities.
• Create reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Conduct UAT, validate results, and support defect resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend process impr ovements.
• Preferred experience in Walmart or large retail environments, with knowledge

of merchandising, supply chain, POS, and eCommerce operations.
