Qualifications
- Degree, Diploma, or Industry Certification in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of Analytics Engineering experience
- Strong experience delivering enterprise reporting and analytics solutions using Microsoft technologies
- Advanced SQL development experience
- Experience developing PySpark notebooks within Microsoft Fabric or Apache Spark environments
- Proven experience building Power BI semantic models, dashboards, and reporting solutions
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, OneLake, and Lakehouse concepts
- Strong understanding of data modelling, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing principles

- Develop and maintain PySpark notebooks within Microsoft Fabric
- Build reporting-ready datasets through cleansing, transformation, and validation processes
- Develop scalable data models and optimise complex SQL queries
- Support data governance, quality initiatives, and documentation standards
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver analytics solutions
