Key Requirements
- Strong experience in both frontend and backend development.
- Hands-on expertise with technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Node.js/.NET, REST APIs, Angular, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with Azure Cloud, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile delivery.
- Knowledge of AI, Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, AI-assisted development tools, and practical business use cases.
- Ability to identify and implement AI-driven solutions to solve business challenges.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to articulate technical designs, justify solution approaches, and engage confidently with business and technology teams.
Preferred
- Banking or Financial Services experience.
- Exposure to Azure AI, OpenAI, Copilot Studio, or AI Agents.
- Experience leading development initiatives and mentoring teams.
