Production Support Engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Skills

Operations and production support experience.

Deep understanding of distributed systems.

Strong experience analyzing production issues, identifying root causes, and developing and implementing fixes.

Experience supporting .NET-based applications.

Contribute to end-to-end software development activities, including:

Coding and code reviews

Unit and integration testing

Deployment and release management

Proficiency with SQL databases.

Experience with RESTful API design.

Experience with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.

Experience remediating vulnerabilities, including SAST, DAST, and server vulnerabilities.

Experience providing pager/on-call support.

Proficiency with AI tools such as Copilot.

Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently.

Nice to Have

Exposure to cloud platforms.

Microservices experience.

JavaScript knowledge.
