Required Skills
Strong core Java programming skills.
Strong Python programming skills.
Understanding of Large Language Models (LLM) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) implementation.
Good understanding of Quality Engineering processes.
Strong communication skills.
Automation Frameworks
Advanced proficiency in Playwright for end-to-end web application testing.
Ability to design scalable and maintainable automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
Hands-on experience with AI-driven test generation, including converting natural-language requirements into Playwright scripts.
Knowledge of AI-powered self-healing locators to reduce flaky tests.
Familiarity with AI-based debugging and predictive test coverage.
Experience with AI-assisted visual validation, image-based testing, and accessibility checks.
Programming and API Testing
Strong TypeScript and JavaScript skills for Playwright automation.
Ability to integrate AI/ML libraries or APIs into testing workflows.
Strong understanding of REST and GraphQL API testing and mocking strategies.
Experience designing test strategies for distributed systems and microservices.
Experience with test data management, including AI-generated synthetic datasets.
Strong focus on the reliability, maintainability, and scalability of test suites.
DevOps and Test Execution
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins.
Knowledge of containerized test execution using Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with monitoring dashboards and reporting frameworks.
