We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with strong Salesforce development expertise and hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate should have excellent technical skills, the ability to work independently in a remote environment, and experience delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
  • Develop complex marketing automation journeys, campaigns and integrations.
  • Build and optimise SQL queries, data extensions, automations and segmentation logic.
  • Develop dynamic and personalised email content using AMPscript and SSJS.
  • Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce and third-party applications using APIs.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely technical resolutions.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, business analysts and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure solutions follow Salesforce and Marketing Cloud best practices.
  • Participate in technical discussions, code reviews and solution design activities.
  • Support end-to-end implementation and deployment of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of overall Salesforce Development experience.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce development and customisation.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Engagement and its core capabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, HTML/CSS and scripting concepts.
  • Experience developing and maintaining Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio and Content Builder solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, integrations and APIs.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration between Salesforce and external systems.
  • Good understanding of data extensions, segmentation, queries and automation workflows.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues and optimising Marketing Cloud solutions.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
