Senior Full Stack Developer Position Summary Seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, a cloud-native, microservices-based platform running on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

The role requires strong full stack expertise across React/TypeScript front ends, Node.js and Java back-end services, and Azure cloud infrastructure, along with modern engineering practices and experience using AI-driven development tooling to improve delivery speed and quality.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain front-end screens and user flows using React, Redux, and TypeScript. Build and secure REST API endpoints in the Node.js/TypeScript Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) layer. Develop and support Java-based services, including the PDF generation service (document field mapping, barcodes, and character encoding). Improve platform reliability and resilience on AKS across Canada Central and Canada East regions, including Kubernetes configuration such as Pod Disruption Budgets.

Ensure applications meet accessibility standards (WCAG), including screen-reader (NVDA) compatibility. Remediate security vulnerabilities identified through tools such as Snyk, and apply security, performance, and reliability best practices. Work with CI/CD and GitOps pipelines using GitHub, Jenkins, and Flux. Participate in code reviews, solution design, release activities, and Agile delivery ceremonies. Collaborate with business, architecture, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Design and build AI-powered development tooling, including agentic workflows using GitHub Copilot agents to automate development tasks across multiple repositories.

Required Qualifications Good years of software development experience, including full stack application development. Strong experience with: Front End: React, Redux, TypeScript, JavaScript; web accessibility (WCAG) Back End: Node.js/TypeScript (BFF), Java, REST APIs, Microservices Cloud & DevOps: Microsoft Azure, AKS / Kubernetes, GitHub
