Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Service Transition Manager to lead end-to-end transition of new or changed services into live operations, ensuring operational readiness, service stability, compliance, and seamless business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Service Transition lifecycle and governance activities.
  • Conduct Operational Readiness Assessments and Go/No-Go reviews.
  • Define and manage Acceptance into Service (AIS) requirements.
  • Validate Non-Functional Requirements (Availability, Capacity, Performance, Security, DR, BCP).
  • Maintain RAID logs and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Review SOPs, Runbooks, Knowledge Articles, and operational documentation.
  • Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Operations, and Vendor teams.
  • Manage Hypercare/Warranty support post go-live.
  • Drive continuous service improvement initiatives and process automation.
