Role Overview:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will serve as the primary architect for project delivery, ensuring that complex initiatives are executed with precision and strategic alignment.
You will operate at the center of our operations, bridging the gap between technical development teams, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project lifecycles.
Your day-to-day will involve navigating high-stakes project environments, mitigating risks, and driving process improvements that directly influence our bottom-line performance and client satisfaction metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles by defining scope, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure all deliverables meet quality and budget benchmarks.
- Implement Agile methodologies across cross-functional teams to increase development velocity and improve responsiveness to changing business requirements.
- Drive process excellence initiatives by auditing existing workflows and identifying bottlenecks to enhance operational efficiency and reduce project overhead.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party contracts to ensure service level agreements are met and external dependencies do not impede internal progress.
- Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior leadership to ensure transparency and informed decision-making at the executive level.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, complex projects with a proven track record of delivering results within 5 - 20 years of professional experience.
- Expertise in Agile project management frameworks, with the ability to coach teams on sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery.
- Strong analytical skills in process excellence, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize operational workflows and eliminate systemic inefficiencies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills, capable of aligning diverse interests and managing vendor performance effectively.
- Proficiency in professional communication, with the ability to translate complex technical challenges into actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
- A degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field, complemented by a professional certification in project management or process improvement methodologies.
