Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with extensive experience in Informatica IICS to join our team in Wilmington, DE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data integration, transformation, and management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality data solutions. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work collaboratively with cross functional teams to support data driven decision making.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement data integration solutions using Informatica IICS.
- Collaborate with data architects and analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize ETL processes for performance and scalability.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure data quality and reliability.
- Document data workflows, processes, and technical specifications.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data engineering and Informatica technologies.
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience with Informatica IICS as a primary ETL tool.
- Strong understanding of data modelling concepts and database design.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data cleansing and transformation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7 10 years of experience in data engineering or a related role.
- Informatica certification is a plus.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The pay range for this role is $100k - $130k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
