Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Developer Platform/Product with extensive experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing platform solutions that enhance product offerings and drive business success. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud functionalities and the ability to leverage them to meet business requirements effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Customize Salesforce Sales Cloud applications to meet specific business needs, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high quality deliverables.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Salesforce applications, implementing enhancements as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to continuously improve platform capabilities.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on Salesforce development practices.
• Document technical specifications, processes, and workflows for future reference.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and data management tools.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security and sharing model.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in developing mobile applications on Salesforce platform.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Architect) are a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10 15 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Sales Cloud.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
