Key Responsibilities

1.Lead end-to-end solution architecture for ServiceNow AIOps and IT operations transformation initiatives.

2.Design AIOps architecture for event ingestion, correlation, alert prioritization, anomaly detection, service health, and operational intelligence.

3.Architect integrations between ServiceNow and monitoring, observability, cloud, network, infrastructure, application, and third-party operational platforms.

4.Define CMDB and service topology dependencies required to enable accurate event correlation, impact analysis, and service-aware operations.

5.Design automated incident creation, enrichment, assignment, remediation, escalation, and closure workflows using ServiceNow capabilities.

6.Translate business and operational requirements into high-level solution designs, data flows, integration patterns, and technical specifications.

7.Define architectural standards for scalability, availability, performance, security, maintainability, monitoring, and platform governance.

8.Review solution designs and technical implementations to ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and approved architecture.

9.Collaborate with operations teams, SRE teams, infrastructure teams, application teams, security teams, developers, and enterprise architects to deliver integrated solutions.

10.Identify technology risks, dependencies, integration constraints, data-quality issues, and operational impacts and define appropriate mitigation approaches.

11.Develop and maintain archi tecture documents, integration specifications, architecture decision records, operational models, and reusable design patterns.

12.Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architecture governance throughout implementation, testing, deployment, and stabilization activities.

Additional Information for Competencies

1.Demonstrated hands-on experience in ServiceNow architecture with deep expertise in AIOps, IT Operations Management, and enterprise service operations.

2.Demonstrated understanding of ServiceNow ITOM capabilities including Event Management, Health Log Analytics, Discovery, Service Mapping, and operational intelligence.

3.Experience designing AIOps solutions for event correlation, noise reduction, anomaly detection, service health monitoring, and proactive incident prevention.

4.Demonstrated knowledge of CMDB, Common Service Data Model, service topology, Configuration Items, relationships, and service-aware monitoring.

5.Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise monitoring, observability, cloud, network, infrastructure, application performance, and security platforms.

6.Demonstrated understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server, web services, event ingestion, and enterprise integration patterns.

7.Experience designing automation and remediation workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, orchestration, and appropriate automation capabilities.

8.Demonstrated knowledge of ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Major Incident, and operational workflows that interact with AIOps capabilities.

9.Experience defining scalable ServiceNow platform architecture, governance standards, security controls, and reusable architectural patterns.

10.Demonstrated analytical, architectural decision-making, communication, technical leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.

1.Deliver scalable, secure, resilient, and maintainable ServiceNow AIOps architecture aligned with enterprise operational objectives.

2.Improve service availability and operational efficiency through intelligent event management, automation, and proactive issue identification.

3.Reduce event noise and manual operational effort through correlation, prioritization, automation, and remediation capabilities.

4.Ensure reliable integration between ServiceNow and enterprise monitoring, observability, cloud, infrastructure, and application platforms.

5.Drive adoption of standard ServiceNow capabilities while minimizing unnecessary customization and technical debt.

6.Provide architecture governance and technical leadership across the complete solution lifecycle.

7.Support successful project delivery through robust architecture, operational readiness, stakeholder ali gnment, and continuous improvement.

Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
