We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solution Architect to design and implement scalable, innovative solutions using the ServiceNow Platform. The Architect will be responsible for understanding business requirements, defining technical strategies, and delivering end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, GRC, ITOM and other modules. The Candidate should have expertise in ServiceNow Architecture, development, integration, and timelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Define the overall ServiceNow architecture and solution strategy to align with business objectives and IT goals.
  • Design Scalable, secure, and reliable ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, HRSD, GRC, ITOM and custom applications.
  • Create technical roadmaps, integration plans and implementation blueprints.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive ServiceNow data model, workflows, and customisations.
  • Primary point of contact for ServiceNow architecture decisions, guiding clients and internal teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and design sessions and establish best practices.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and modules, including ITSM, HRSD, GRC, CMDB, ITOM and custom applications.
  • Strong knowledge of scripting, Integrations, Integration Hub and third-party tools.
  • Familiar with ITIL/ITSM processes and methodologies.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), CIS- ITSM, CIS-HRSD, CIS-GRC and CAD.
