Responsibilities:
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development and deployment automation.
- Support cloud-native deployments on AWS.
- Work with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Maintain secure and reliable production environments.
The core requirements for the job include the following:
Backend Expertise (Mandatory):
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js, and Microservices Architecture.
- Extensive experience designing and consuming REST APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and backend design patterns.
Database Expertise (Mandatory)
Advanced proficiency in PostgreSQL and/or MySQL.
- Strong experience in:
- Database schema design
- Data modelling
- Query optimization
- Indexing strategies
- Stored procedures and functions
- Performance tuning
- Database security and maintenance
- Experience managing and optimising large-scale transactional databases.
- Ability to analyse query execution plans and resolve database bottlenecks.
Front-End Expertise (Preferred):
- Advanced skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular or React (latest versions), HTML, and CSS.
